CUSTOM ORDER & FINAL SALE POLICY

After placing a custom loc order, before production begins customers will receive an order approval email to verify style, length, color, quantity, and shipping information. All products are handmade and custom-made to the customer’s specifications.Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded. Production will not begin until approval is received.If approval is not received within 72 hours of the approval email being sent, the order will be placed on hold until the customer responds.Customers are responsible for monitoring the email address provided at checkout, including spam and junk folders.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To ensure order accuracy, completed orders are documented through photographs and/or video recordings prior to shipment. These records may be used to verify order contents in the event of a claim, dispute, or chargeback. Customers will receive shipment tracking information once their order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a customer believes they received an incorrect item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the shipping label, packaging, and item received.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved all order details and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
