REFUND POLICY 

At TouchedByaJewel, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

CUSTOM HANDMADE LOCS

All handmade locs are custom-made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

HAIR BUNDLES

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair bundle sales are final. Bundles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if they have been opened, worn, altered, colored, washed, or otherwise used.

BONNETS

Bonnets may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS AND HAIR PRODUCTS.
